Can't call some extensions

currently i’m testing * with a vmware image.
i’ve set up 2 extensions and set up 2 softphones (X-lite) on 2 seperate windows PC’s that are on the local network.

extension numbers are 200 and 300

200 can call 300 but 300 can’t call extension 200, get a message saying that it isn’t in the speed dial

what is resolution to this

?speed dial? - are you running AAH. If so, disable speed dial or don’t use extensions in the 300 range where they have implemented speed dial. To disable it (my recommendation unless you really want the feature) comment it out in extensions_custom.conf where it is included.

If you aren’t running AAH - what ‘speed dial’ issue are you having?
