Can we use TLS and UPD transport in single extensions?

Can we use TLS and UPD transport in one extensions?
Support I have one extension called 6001 and I want to configured end point as below.

type=endpoint
transport=transport-udp-nat
transport=transport-tsl
context=from-internal
;nat=yes
;outbount_auth=6001
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
allow=gsm
auth=6001

Or you can say for Local I use UDP and for outside network I want to use TLS is it possible ?

You can’t specify multiple transports to use. Specifying a transport locks it to only that transport. Not specifying a transport will result in one being chosen based on the SIP URI.
