Can the http.conf be reloaded to force a TLS certificate file update?

Based on Configuring Asterisk for WebRTC Clients - Asterisk Documentation

Now start or restart Asterisk and make sure the TLS server is running by issuing the following CLI command

We have always restarted Asterisk when the TLS license file is update.

Is it possible to update/reload the license file without a restart?
Perhaps via a http.conf reload?
Or maybe some other mechanism?

A reload should cause the TLS certificates to be reloaded and updated.
