Can I configure asterisk to record all calls?

I’m a new user who would like to use asterisk to provide recorded lines for a call center. I’ve tried using a few different configurations but I can’t seem to get asterisk to record without answering first. I’d also like to have the recording start prior to the call taker picking up so the number of rings prior to pick up are recorded as well. Any help is appreciated.

You can do a Macro with the applications MixMonitor, Dial, StopMixMonitor.
You may take a look to the features.conf and the option automon.
