We are facing random call drops when our customers are using call queuing/ routing functionality.
We have verified asterisk network logs, only ari logs, and every other possible logs.
Our customers are performing around 1000 calls per day
And their routing group has huge number of collectors around more than 100 .
This is bothering our customers and escalated on a larger end
Can we get any wise of premium support from your team . We are looking to figure out the existing problems on our asterisk, ari ends.
