I am having tough time troubleshooting my Grandstream Budgetone 101 for caller id support. It seems that whenever I call my Grandstream Budgetone 101 it does'nt display the callerid that I setup to that extension instead it only shows the number of the caller.
I have already tested my ASTERISK using two XLITE sip phone and it is working fine there. It displays both the number as well as the caller name. I already emailed the Grandstream support but until now they have’nt response.
Has anyone experience this kind of scenario? What resolution could I do to fix this problem? Hope you could help us.

thank you for your response, i think it is not the solution because when I test my 2 sip XLITE client both of my softphone can display the NAME only on Grandstream 101 cannot display the NAME.
When I try to call one of my softphone client (XLITE) using my GRANDSTERAM 101 it doesn't display the name only the local number of the Grandstream is being displayed.
