I have an asterisk server and a Quintum tenor AX to conect analog phones for my agents.
They have to see the caller ID in their PC’s, as a Pop UP Message.
Do you know any tool for it???
Thanks.

I think it has more to do with how the call was made, and if the person chose to have it restricted or if it was done automatically. For example, if someone has an unlisted number, it would be “Restricted”, because it would be done on purpose. If a person calls by using 411 and being automatically transferred, caller id won’t recognise the number (caller id unavailable), since the actual call was placed through Information. Some payphones and phones in large offices where people have extentions but no direct lines also automatically block the number.voip softphone
