Hi, I have particular issue with our out bound calls. When our agents received call via dialer they get ringing sound , after that the calls gets connected or disconnected. But in another campaign agents get calls with customer voice or VM. As I have changed the Leads set , and VOIP provider also. But the issue still persist. Please help

Anyway it seems you carrier is answering the call before bridge the call with the remote party the call, a SIP trace could verify you get the 200 OK response after the 180 ringing

This is Australia call routing is perfect. But my issue is with USA call routing . if you see the dial plan its same as for USA call also . But USA calls are coming to our agents port with ring ring sound . and most of the USA are having this issue.
The log shows the call being answered. It doesn’t indicate at what stage the call was answered or what came before, such as Ringing or Progress.
