Call Transfer Logs

Hi,

We have a wallboard set up and we have noticed that when our phones ring and for example extension 100 picks up the phone, and the phone call is transferred to extension 101, the wallboard will still log the call as if it was still extension 100, but we want this to show that it was actually extension 101 that was dealing with the call

The phones we are using are LG 8815’s

This would be the implementation of the wallboard. Without more information about it I don’t think there’s anything anyone can suggest…

How it is getting the information. If it’s using the Asterisk manager interface then it is interpreting events from Asterisk and showing you that data. That’s outside the control of Asterisk.
