Call Que Gone Berserk

Not sure how it happened but a few days ago one of our customers started getting all the calls from our accounting que. I believe one of the people logged into that que somehow put on a forward by hitting a feature code then the customers number and that is how it all started.

I am trying to figure out where to search for this customers phone number that is hardcoded somewhere in a config or db that would cause this. For now we have bypassed the IVR option to the que and put it directly to 1 extension until we can find the issue.

There are no IVRs supplied with Asterisk. You need to consult the people that wrote your dialplan.
