Call Hang-up Problem (s-CHANUNAVAIL)

I am Using Free PBX When we Calls any customer Call is not connected After That in the CDR log it shows Hung-up Call continue we are facing this issue for particular customer I have attach the Image

Can any one Help us

Ok So Its Related to free PBX Right

FreePBX is what configures Asterisk, and any resolution would most likely require altering FreePBX configuration so even if we could tell you what to do from an Asterisk perspective, you’d still need to figure out what to do in FreePBX.
