Call forwarding according to the CallerID while using Asterisk REALTIME

Hello everyone,

exten => 123/100,1,Dial(SIP/123)

in this example, i have more than one user and each of them calling. only 100 dial 123 can connect with 123,
I have a question for you in which ı want to apply this logic with realtime and the only one solution is actually using blacklist? Can i create 123/100 extension in the extensions column in the database?

I’ve never seen ex-girlfriend logic used with realtime, I do not know if this will work.
