Call Agent Login via Web-Interface

i’m searching for a webtool or somehing else to login to a callcenter without using the telefone.
i hope anybody can help me.

ok, this might be an idea, but i prefer a website where the agent can log in to a queue and where he can see to which queue he is logged in or not!
i wonder no one needs ore use some tool like this… 8)
