i ve got asterisk 1.6.0.9. Trying to call with agi script for sip. But the call is hanguped, and there is error in log:

What does it mean and how can i fix or work it around?

This means that you closed the connection on the manager before it could respond to your request.
When you send a command to the manager, it returns a sync response. You program must have given a command and closed the connection before listing to the response, hence broken the pipe.
