Beginning asterisk shutdown

Frequently My Asterisk shutdown automatically with this mentioned Beginning asterisk shutdown message.I have no idea why asterisk shutdown like this.

These are the kernel log. If any one know what is the issue and how to resolve this and let me know. In that sad thing is Mysql also corrupting so many time with frequent unexpected asterisk restart.
