Does anyone know about this feature? It is available already, if so how can I add it on to my system?

You can use the automon feature, as well as set the MONITOR_EXEC and MONITOR_EXEC_ARGS channel variables to have it run sox (or any other program for that matter) to mix the audio streams or otherwise manipulate the files.

I’ve used automon in the past and it only produces one file with one audio stream. I was hoping automixmon would work better.
