Auditory interference

Good afternoon, in the company where I work we use Asterisk in version 1.8 LTS. It worked fine until the last month when the URA’s audios started to fail, it seems that there is an interference or something, the problem occurs in random calls and also with random audios. We’ve tried to change the audio format, but it didn’t help. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

The only obvious cause would be a network overload.

I’m not aware of any bugs that would cause this, but if there are, the solution would be to upgrade to a supported version.
