Attended transfer from a queue

Hi,

we’re having trouble in using the attended transfer when exiting from a queue.
We’re running asterisk 1.2.12 and 1.2.13 with snom360.
No problem at all when we use attended transfer between calls, but it doasn’'t work when we use it for calls that are in queue.

the call exit by non-zero when we try to connect the caller with the called.
any suggestions, hint or experience to share?
