I downloaded Asterisk Click2dial and install odoo module from https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/asterisk_click2dial/
Astrisk of odoo install connection suceessfull but when call then give error
Error : Click to dial with Asterisk failed.
Here is the error: ‘py-Asterisk action failed: Extension does not exist.’
And notify : Unhook your ringing phone

If I were you, I’d contact them so that they can sort it out. I’m afraid the people who typically frequent this community forum don’t have a professed history of expertise on that Akretion connector.
