No, that scenario is not currently supported if you are referring to a single participant having multiple sources of different resolutions.

Code is code, if you added support to Asterisk then you could likely do it - but it’s not something that has been explored and it’s not something in Asterisk that you can just “turn on”.
I think it’s philosophical instead of technical
