Can any one let me know, how to uninstall asterisk completely from Ubuntu OS. I tried with some command but its still showing in file manager.
Please guide me for complete Uninstall .

a) how did you install it?
b) what is “some command” which you used to try to remove it?
c) what do you mean by “still showing in file manager”? What command are you
running and what output is it showing?

Have you tried “make uninstall”?
I believe that’s the standard way to uninstall when it’s been compiled from
source, as that guide did.
It would also still be useful to know what command you previously tried, in
order to uninstall Asterisk, and which didn’t work.
