Asterisk Transfer call after receipt

Hi everyone I’m new on Asterisk System (18.9.0)

I have problem that
I have 2 numbers and I need number 1 call to cell phone if cell phone receipt the call then transfer the dialing to number 2
What I need to do

I can not do the next step before the dial is hang-up in asterisk

I would look into the originate application.

If that is not suitable, use the G option on Dial.

I looking for the ways to transfer the origin to another number how can I do that.
