Asterisk sip redirect

Hello Everyone. I was wondering if it´s possible to redirect sip calls with Asterisks(IP to IP) like
Opensip/Ser sip redirect?

I know that Asterisk is a pbx, not a sip proxy/redirect, but maybe there´s a module or a config that i am missing.
