Playback will answer the call before the message is played, unless you tell it not to.
Normal service providers will not allow end users to send early media.
Even am not using playback also if the voicefile playing using any agi script also the same voice issue i have.
And this am not facing on my other server which running asterisk 1.8 with SIP Trunks.
And the same i have tried on asterisk 14 with ISDN line in that also i am not facing the voice issue.
And i have noticed while if i answer the call and using Ringing also there is no issue also tried with out using Ringing directly using Playback or AGI then also there is no issue with Voice.
Am only facing the issue while i use the Ringing with out answering the call.
Is there any specfic reason or drawback for Ringing Application ?

Even when am playing without answering the channel if the B part speak something the file which is playing is breaking .

Not all channel types support playing messages while still on hook
DId you try use Playback’s options skip and noanswer?
Voice file is playing but when the end customer is speaking the voice file which is playing is breaking
What do you mean by “breaking”.
breaking like…When the Prompt i splaying if the other speak then Prompt will stop playing or there will be silent or cracking voice will be there till the other party stop speaking.
Are you expecting the ringing to stop permanently, or are you expecting the early media from the far end to be ignored entirely?
I want like when the call comes to my asterisk server
** it has to give some ringing for 3 to 5 seconds
** then there is voice file need to play
That’s only a one party call, so the there is no callee to break through the ringback.
There is will be incoming call from A party to DID 123123
Once all received on the DID
***Its has to give a ring back for 5 seconds
***Then need to Play an voice file.
