Asterisk does not have a “Recording Manager”. If you are using a GUI on top
of Asterisk such as FreePBX, then you should ask on the support forum for that
system, since Asterisk is just the underlying “engine”; it is not the
“vehicle” you are trying to understand the controls of.
If this is not the case, then please explain more what you mean by “Asterisk
Recording Manager”.

accually we are not using any GUI i just wanted know /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ save all the recordings
correct me if im wrong i just wanted know can we have all the agents answerd calls only (part of agent taking)
You will need to modify your dialplan so that MixMonitor saves those recordings with a special prefix. After that, you can use Linux grep to filter them
