Asterisk doesn't store all CDRs into database

Hello,

My Asterisk doesn’t store all CDRs into database. More or less half of them are stored.
I’m running Debian 11 + Asterisk 18.11.2

I’ve tried with cdr_mysql and cdr_adaptative_odbc drivers , same issue!
Note that I’m using cdr custom field and some alias.

Each month, I must import manually missing CDR from cdr-csv file

Any idea of what is occurs here ?

Regards

  1. Please do not create two topics for the same problem.

  2. Please give us specific details, such as:

  • examples of CDRs which get stored, and others which do not?

  • what, exactly, does “note that I’m using cdr custom field and some alias”
    mean?

  • do you get any MySQL errors with related timestamps to the CDRs which do
    not get recorded?

  • what volume of calls are you dealing with on this machine, and what is the
    hardware spec?

Antony.
