Asterisk central in Microsoft Azure

Hello, I am trying to set up an Asterisk central in Microsoft Azure and I have an application developed by a colleague with a softphone integrated and connected to Asterisk, I have a Database for both, it happens that the audio is not heard between calls but I do activate the azure VPN and I try it internally on my network through the azure VPN and it works OK. what could it be?

In general, lack of audio is the result of bad firewall or NAT rules, but you have provided no logging or configuration, so it is difficult to go beyond that.
