I want my Asterisk server to be accessable for some users on the internet.
How must I configure Asterisk and how must I configure the firewall, and how must I configure the client X-Lite?

the wiki (voip-info.org) is your friend !!
voip-info.org/tiki-index.php … wall+rules
will give you the ports you need to forward. i would suggest you also look at the wiki pages for sip.conf with regards to setting your nat= for [global] and for each sip entry.
