Asterisk and MSCRM

Hi,

I’m a MSCRM consultant and MS.NET developer. I would like to create a plug-in or connector for Asterisk.

Where will I begin? Is there any developers reference I can use to start coding using Visual Basic.NET or C#?

If you are familiar with Avaya’s MSCRM connector, this is the same idea I would like to develop for Asterisk.

I hope someone or somebody can help me start doing this small but challenging project. 8)

We are also very interested in building this, and already have a small start at it. We are using Mono-tone, and then using the CRM SDK to get the connectivity between both technologies. What type of features are you looking for? Interested in collaborating to build a solution?
