Asterisk 21. Transfer call not working

How to configure call transfer?

In Zoiper app I enter *2 then hear "Transfer", type the extension number , but nothing happened. Nothing in Asterisk log as well

try setting debug: core set debug 3

same => n,Dial(PJSIP/${EXTEN},tTX)
Adding params ,tT fixed the issue
