Asterisk 10 digits extension's length

Hi,

I’m new in asterisk and in this forum.
I recently installed asterisk 1.8 and i want to create extensions with 10 digits length. is it possible?

Your question seems to be trivial. You need to explain how the obvious way is not working.

You define 10 digits extensions in extensions.conf file.
