After compiling Asterisk 1.20 I installed it. No fatal errors were detected.
When I tried to start asterisk it immediately exited. I found this in /var/log/asterisk/messages:
loader.c: /usr/local/lib/asterisk/modules/codec_gsm.so: Undefined Symbol “short_term_analysys_filteringx”
loader.c: Loading module codec_gsm.so failed!

Hi,
Hate to sound like a newbie, but hey, I am 
currenl;ty I’m running 1.0.9 on F/BSD5.4, and I’d really like to play with the new 1.2.0
I noticed there is no /port for 1.2 yet, So I went and grabbed the source manaully, and tried to make install (even tried gmake), but I was getting all sorts of errors and it aborted the make install.
I see the Makefile is more bsd friendly, however I was wondering if there is something I am missing…
