Answerign with Q.931 Cause Code

Hey guys,

I need to manipulate a q.931 cause code, so that if i cannot or do not have a destination code, i can give my client Cause Code 34 for example so that he can re-route that call through another provider.

So… I tried doing exten => 3055555555,1,Congestion(34) and it does not work.

Can anyone suggest how to do this?

Hi

34 is no channel avalible, so what happens if you send it to a “thing” that has no channel avalible. not sure what you would get if you greated a peer with a groupcount of 0 ? then sent a call to it.

What cause code is sent back on congestion?
