Ambient MD3200 chip modem as a X100P Clone

Hi guys,

I’m new to Asterisk but would like to setup a box and do some testing. I would like to know if I can get a Ambient MD3200 chip modem, can I use it as a X100p clone to connect to a telephone line? This is listed on the WIKI as a compatible modem.

i’ve just taken a clone out of my home server … it’s an Ambient MD 3200 chipset, so i guess that’s a yes :smiley:
