All circuit are busy - but they aren't

Hello,

When I try to do an outbound call I get the message “all circuits are busy” but no one use the line.

This is usually related to some problem with registration to a remote service provider or a setup problem with an analogue or digital line. What sort of connection are you using for the outgoing call? What do you get in the Asterisk log file?

Hello,

I have only Voip LInes, and my line is record fine with the provider. I have tested alone with xlite and don’t have any problems.

Please find below the cli whe I try to do an outbound call

thanks

Try adding qualify=yes to the SIP trunks to see if they are responding within a reasonable time. I note that you have NAT set to yes for all extensions and the SIP trunks. Is this correct? Also if you need NAT for the SIP trunks are the externip= and localnet= in your sip.conf correct and do you have nat=1 in sip.conf as well?

hello,

I have added in sip conf under [general] qualify=yes

TERRASIP/21100017918 193.47.84.4 N 5060 OK (36 ms)
Terra/21100017918 193.47.84.4 N 5060 OK (36 ms)

3001/3001 79.112.120.131 D N 16930 OK (6 ms)

Also I have added nat =1 but get also same message.

thanks
