AGI and comma in parameteres

I am still struggling to pass an arg to a AGI EXEC function, as stated here:

Hello I am using unimrcp client (and a unimrcp server). It requires two parameters, a grammar and option. I cant seem to find how to escape a comma in the grammar string - as soon as asterisk finds a comma, it thinks its the second param. In a regular dialplan, MRPCRecog("param1,param2", param3) works, but in AGI,
EXEC MRCPRECOG “param1,param2”,param3
fails - the first comma is interpreted despite the quote - tried single, double quote, backslash comma, nothing works
