Adding a participant to a running call

Hi,

I’m originating a call using Asterisk Originate Command. Both participants are external users, I meant, they received the call from the system on their mobile phones. Now I need to be able to add a new participant there. I have no idea if that can be achieved.
Can you please advise me?
