About the Digium Certified Asterisk Professional Exam

I am from Bangladesh.I would like to know about some issues.

1.how would we take trainings?
2 How can we take DCAP exam from Bangladesh.?
3.what are the procedures.And is it possible to do it form Bangladesh?
