About changing login password

I have a question, hope you guys can help me.
I need to know if it is possible to create a page, like a control panel for the user, where when he logs in, the only option he have is to change the login password.

I dont want users to see or check a lot of different options on this panel, i want users able only to change their passwords.

well,when i choose the forum column, the first page is already asking me to change password, so why you still want to change?

i want user to change their asterisk password, like a page where he can change only password and have access to no other information.
