24 Port Zaptel Locking Up -> re:logs-what do u need nxt t

Hi Forum,
I’ve got a customer with 8 FXO ports on a 24 port Digium card and I just got a call that all the PSTN stuff was locked up. For future, what is needed? Below are the zap confs - There was no debugging info because it wasn’t expected. This locked up over the course of a week. Last week I noticed channel 2 hadn’t released and it culminated in the 6 zap channels for the admin office being locked up this afternoon. All the calls would have been inbound because they use their SIP provider for outbound dialling.

Any insights would be appreciated and further debugging stuff can be fetched for future reference.

Cheers
Mylo

Sounds like theres no disconnect supervision on the lines. You can get the telco to enable this.
