You have exceeded simultaneous channels

My users are recieving this error when more than one person tries to make a call at one time.

Does any one have any insight as to how to stop this.

Going through provider Voiptalk but is not necessary if not possible.

I have added the top line for this dial plan but it has not made any difference!

Well the crystal ball is a bit foggy at the moment, Normally it clears if the cli output is provided for the calls in question.

Main line that stuck in my memory was.

something about GROUPCOUNT not registered

The particular user is on holiday at the moment so if anyone has any pointers towards this error i would be really greatful

Well that doesnt clear the fog much.

Post the cli output of the call and then we will see what is going on.

It may be voiptalk , as I thought they used to limit the number of lines.

This is sorted now mate.
