Yearstar myPBX: in my phone appears the queue number

Hi everyone,

I have just configured a Yearstar myPBX where a Asterisk 1.6 is running.
I configured the device propperly and all IVR works and the Queues works too.
My device has two BRI ports and two GSM adpater (LICEA) are connected to these ports.

My problem is when a call enters by BRI port, and this call enters in a Queue (for instance, 680),
this queue number 680 appears in my VoIP phone, instead of the phone number who is calling to me.

Any idea how to solve that issue?


Contact Yearstar (sic). It sounds that the problem lies with dialplan code that they have written and supplied.
