I am the developer of IVR Hero Lite, a Windows desktop application built for a repetitive telephony workflow: turning a revised script into a correctly formatted PBX prompt without using a separate audio editor.
The current 1.1.0 release generates speech in Italian, US English, Spanish, French, German and Brazilian Portuguese. It exports PCM 16-bit, 8 kHz mono WAV files suitable for common Asterisk prompt workflows. Edge TTS is included; Azure AI Speech, Google Cloud TTS and ElevenLabs are optional integrations configured with the user’s own credentials.
It also supports pace, volume and pitch controls, pause tags, custom pronunciations, background-music mixing and a telephone-band preview.
The interface is currently Italian and speech generation requires an Internet connection. The Windows license is EUR 39 as a one-time purchase.
