What motherboard to shoose

I went trough the postings and didn’t find an accurate information on what hardware I should use.

my first choice is a server with Intel dualcore pentium D 2.66MHZ with 1G ram and 80G hard disk.

here is the config I’m looking for:

assuming we are using active card 4 BRI for call termination and as failover.
Assuming most of calls will be made trough a SIP provider using A729 Codec.
Assuming that all calls will do a passtrough (A729) but might need to re-encode.
Assuming the first configuration will have up to 20 simultanious call (max)
Assuming the second configuration will need to be able to handle 100 calls simultaneously.

Can some one tell me what the CPU load could be or what motherboard I should choose for those 2 config.
