Hi,

Get get this message in CLI what is the problem ?

You are trying to use mysql but mysql support is not present or failed to load.

As mysql is not used by default, you need to ask whoever included the mysql calls in the dialplan.

If that is you, you need to look at the log messages during Asterisk startup, as well as looking for obvious mysql configuration errors.

Dear,

You must install and load the module res_config_mysql.so. This module is part of asterisk-addons.
After install and load this module, you must to configure the file /etc/asterisk/res_mysql.conf according your MySQL server.
