Warning in the beginning and the end of a call monitor

Hi,

How can I place a warning in the beginning and the end of the recoding?

So I want it like this: when I press *1, it says "recording started, and when I press *1 again, it says “recording stopped” to both parties.

I am running asterisk 1.4.2
