I’ve been looking around a lot for voip phones that can update their call logs / history from an online source regularly (say: once every minute).
Our field staff have phones in the office, at home and on their mobile devices. Unfortunately, when they receive a call, both phones not used will log that call as “missed”, which is in fact not true. Also they will not show the calls in their “dialed” or “received” log.
I have asterisks call log in a database and could provide it in any form (html, xml-file, xml-rpc) via http(s) or if not possible otherwise via direct database (mysql) access.
Does anyone know of any softphones that would support such remote call logs? Or is there another way to solve the issue?
