Hey everyone I am currently stumped by the most ridiculous of issues right now. Here is my situation:
A caller calls our number from a PSTN number which based off the time of day it forwards to the receptionist at extension 705. Now if I dialed 705 from a softphone on the network and got voicemail. My message is exactly what I left.
The problem is that with the time forward tfrom the PSTN to the receptionist, the voicemail messages are ALL dialtone. Wierd?
In the CLI I can see it calling that voicemail box and writing the message too.
