Voicemail is not coming to my exchange server

Hi guys,

I have configured voicemail.conf and extensions.conf to get the voice mail as an attachment but the mail is not coming through.

Please help me in this
Anyone??

Hi,

First, make sure your voicemail.conf is running well. Go to asterisk cli, check :

asterisk*CLI> voicemail show users Context Mbox User Zone NewMsg default 1002 1002 1

If NewMsg like that, mean you have 1 New Message. So no issue on your voicemail.conf

Second, make sure you have smtp service like postfix or sendmail on your server.
