I am having a problem with one voicemail account where about every month it seems that a voicemail is left which is extremely long and the recording is of a dial tone the only way to delete the message is to log onto the server and manually delete the message from the system.
Then after this the truck locks up and can not be dialed out on or it can not receive calls in.
